Terms and Conditions:

Our Age limit is that you must be over 20 years old to stay here.

Check-in is available from 2pm till 6pm. Outside these hours may result in a charge and must be arranged directly with us.

Our Cancellation policy is:  7+ day out from booking date = No charge. 3-7 days 50% fee. 48 hours or less or a no show then 100% fee.

Except peak times (December & January) & Public holidays. 14 days+ = No charge. 7-14 days 50% fee. 0-7 days = 100% fee. 

From 1st of December 2021 any cancellations will incur a $25 booking fee charge per unit.
